Chef Donato, a son from the land of pasta,
Romagna and… son of a great pasta maker in that
area, come and try.

We serve it respecting the directives of its creator
Corrado Di Marco.
A mix of corn, wheat, rice and soy flours that makes
our Pinsa light and soft on the inside (thanks to the
absence of fats and sugars) but at the same time
crunchy on the outside.
