The one and only, the inimitable Pinsa Romana. We serve it respecting the directives of its creator Corrado Di Marco. A mix of corn, wheat, rice and soy flours that makes our Pinsa light and soft on the inside (thanks to the absence of fats and sugars) but at the same time crunchy on the outside. Long live the tradition Viva LA PINSA ROMANA.
